Policy of complaints and withdrawal of publications

The Editorial Board will promptly and constructively react and respond to all complaints as needed. The editors of the journal "Human and nation’s health" will study the specific case of the complaint in accordance with its nature and complexity, and any decision taken will take into account the recommendations provided by COPE.

Proposals or complaints should be sent to the e-mail address of the journal [email protected]. All messages will be processed within thirty working days. However, depending on the complexity of the complaint, the resolution time may be extended.

The complaint should be concise, specific and contain sufficient data to demonstrate any possible violation of the journal's publication ethics. If possible, it is also a good idea to provide additional documents to support the specific requirement.

Complaints beyond the scope of the journal, such as personal complaints against authors, editors, reviewers, or the journal's editorial board, are responded to with the reasons why the complaint was deemed beyond the journal's responsibility. In addition, the magazine refrains from conducting an appropriate investigation when complaints are made in an offensive, threatening or defamatory manner.

Regulations on the withdrawal of publications

In the event of suspected misconduct or fraud, the journal will conduct an investigation in accordance with COPE guidelines. If reasonable concerns arise after investigation, the authors involved will be contacted at their email addresses and given an opportunity to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, this may result in the Journal taking the following actions, including but not limited to:

1. If the manuscript is still under review, it may be rejected and returned to the author.

2. If the article has already been published online, depending on the nature and severity of the violation:

- a correction may be placed with the article if a fundamental error or mistake (eg experimental error or miscalculation) is found.

- in some cases, the editors may decide to retract the article.

Reasons for potential retraction of work (withdrawal):

there is clear evidence that the results are not reliable, regardless of whether they are the result of malpractice (eg fabricated data and image manipulation);
research results have been previously published elsewhere without proper attribution, license or justification (eg in cases of redundant or duplicate publication);
research is plagiarized;
there is evidence of fraudulent authorship;
the review process is proven to have been compromised;
there is evidence of unethical research and violations of professional ethical codes.

After the decision to retract the article:

a "Retraction" watermark will be added to the published version of the article entry;
the title of the article will be called "Retraction: [Article title]";
a separate retraction statement will be published under the title "Retraction: [Article Title]".

The journal editors sign this notice; the retraction statement will be numbered and will have a DOI identifier.

In some cases, authors of a scientific article to be considered by a journal may request the withdrawal of their manuscript. A corresponding request can be made only before the publication of the article. To withdraw a manuscript, authors should contact the editorial office of the journal with a letter containing a clear and understandable explanation of the reasons for withdrawal. The letter must be concise and signed by all authors of the article. The withdrawn manuscript will be completely removed from the publishing house's database, but the copyright remains with the authors of the article.
